Shipping Information

Because our inventory consists of a wide variety of items with varying wieghts and sizes the purchaser will be contacted with the total shipping costs before their credit card is charged. Shipping cost will include insurance at the stated value of the purchase plus the proof of delivery tracking. After placing an order, Red Lancer will contact the purchaser with the total shipping costs. Red Lancer will not charge your Credit Card until the total price with shipping has been approved by the purchaser. All items will be packed and shipped at the most economical cost and the details of such costs made available to the purchaser before charging to his/her Credit Card. All Red Lancer items are shipped by Priority Mail or equivelent within the US and by priority airmail outside the US and will include Proof of Delivery. Whenever possible, we use USPS fixed rate schedules, or Fedex or UPS 3 - 5 day delivery within the US. All articles sold are guaranteed as described. Every product and shipment is packed professionally with proof of delivery required and may be returned for refund of the purchase price if you are not satisfied. All Items will be shipped by the carrier of our choice; some large, heavy or odd shaped items may require additional shipping and/or insurance costs at the customer expense. The customer will be notified in advance of any additional costs before the order is shipped. All packaging, shipping and insurance costs are additional to the buyer; this also applies to any item returned. Returns. All returned items must be returned within five days of delivery in the original packaging and in the same condition as sent. The date of return shall mean the date it is delivered to The Red Lancer in Mesa, Arizona. Alternatively, items may be returned within ten days for credit for purchase from the same catalogue.
