Standard Bearer, Pennsylvania Cavalry.  The bearer in full campaign uniform equipment and rank of sergeant, is on a brown mount and holds the Standard in his right hand.  This has a blue field with a coat of arms in the centre and yellow and red fringe.  The paint detail is of the usual exacting perfection.  3912.1 St. Petersburg Collection.
